Meet the Artist
SirTificate, why do you make art?
I always admired photography, but never tried it myself until the pandamic came and I was bored during lockdown.
I was looking for a new hobby that I could do alone and preferably outside. As a result I spent my christmas bonus on a used Sony A6000 in December 2020 and started shooting.
4 months later I still had so much fun being outside shooting, that I upgraded to a Sony A7 III and since that day I'm totally in love with photography.

How did you find out about NFT & what made you decide to deal with it and create NFTs yourself?
I was looking for a photography community to get in touch with other photographers, to get some inspiration and also to learn from them. Flickr seemed dead to me, Instagram is too superficial in my opinion and Twitter had a vibrant and welcoming community.
As soon as you join the twitter photography bubble you can't avoid the topic NFT. Hence I started minting my own NFTs a short while later.

What personal info do you want the audiences to know about you?
I still feel like a total newbie between all the great artists in the NFT space, who often have years of experience I can't compete with. However that's also the main source of motivation for me. I don't want to become rich or famous, I just want to become a better photographer and I'm working on it almost every day.
