Jonas Hangartner, why do you make art?
I want to show another reality that surrounds us. My idea is to capture my local area beyond what we see. Since March 2022, I'm learning the infrared technique, and it resonated with me so much.
This technique is about capturing a light invisible to the naked eye. It reveals landscapes from another world. That is exactly why I started doing photography many years ago.
How did you find out about NFT & what made you decide to deal with it and create NFTs yourself?
I found out about NFTs around March 2021. But when I tried to understand what it was, I got a little overwhelmed, and I didn't go any further. It was only in August of the same year that I dived into it and created my Twitter account to start my journey.
What personal info do you want the audiences to know about you?
I work part-time as a graphic installer and as a photographer/videographer as a freelance. I'm also a husband and dad of two kids. I may not have as much time as other artists, but I'm passionate about what I do. I love the opportunities that NFTs have to offer!
