Hasti, why do you make art?
Art is the best way to express yourself. I love developing and showing new concepts. Usually my photographs have a meaning that I may have worked on for days. Some people think photography is just a moment. My photography is a moment with many moments in the background.
How did you find out about NFT & what made you decide to deal with it and create NFTs yourself?
I follow many artists. I saw a presentation of NFTs on a painter's site. Although I found it very interesting, it was difficult for me to buy cryptos to pay for the gas fee. Months later I entered a competition. They liked my work and gave me some Tezos so I could pay the gas fees to mint my first NFT. I think NFTs are like a forever gallery with no intermediaries.
What personal info do you want the audiences to know about you?
I want my audience to know that I'm a woman from Iran. My art is directly and indirectly connected to Middle Eastern issues.
